Hi, I’m Darshit Hedpara, a passionate and curious software engineer currently based in Pune, India.

My journey into tech started somewhat unexpectedly—after two years into my B.Tech, I fell in love with coding, and the rest, as they say, is history. 🚀 From struggling to enjoy code during my diploma years to now thriving in the world of software engineering, my path has been shaped by continuous learning, challenges, and incredible opportunities.

📚 Education

  • Diploma in Engineering (2010–2013): This is where my engineering journey began—though I wasn’t into coding back then.

  • B.Tech (2014–2017): Two years into this program, I fell in love with programming. Everything changed from there.

💼 Work History

RedHat (2025 – Present)

Joining RedHat has truly been a dream come true for me. I first tried to get in back in July 2023, but things didn’t work out then. Fast forward to 2025, and I finally cracked it—proving to myself that hard work and persistence really do pay off, even if it takes time.

Working at such a big company feels rewarding and exciting. The culture is professional yet friendly, and I’ve already started learning a lot, connecting with talented people, and enjoying team activities like table tennis and casual get-togethers. Every day here reminds me that if you keep pushing forward, good things will happen.

Intellias (2024 – 2025)

My time at Intellias was truly memorable. I got to work on interesting projects and learned a lot along the way. I made some good friends, and we often played table tennis, had fun at team parties, and celebrated our achievements together. It was a great mix of professional growth and enjoyable moments that I’ll always appreciate.

Tech Holding (2023 – 2024)

During my brief tenure at Tech Holding, I embarked on an incredible learning journey. I dove deep into the world of GenAI and earned several AWS certifications. Despite the short duration, the experience was immensely enriching. Due to family reasons, I had to move on to my next adventure. 🚀📚 #GenAI #AWS #TechLearning

Accenture, India (2022 – 2023)

From envisioning myself in an MNC to actually being part of Accenture India, this was truly a dream-come-true for someone from a middle-class background. Every day brought new confidence and “pinch-me” moments. 🌟 #DreamsRealized #AccentureAdventure

WebOccult Technologies (2017 – 2022)

My first step into the professional world. This was a wonderful journey—filled with ups and downs—that taught me so much. I’ll always be grateful for the foundation this experience gave me.
